A back blip today - yesterday I was totally shattered !

Helen kindly bought me the present of a day at a cookery school ! The full menu is listed below, with all of the ingredients from Yorkshire. It was fantastic and even better in the eating last night. A real meal for four - and the surprise is a repeat has been requested !

Starter - Twice baked Goat's Cheese Souflee, with watercress salad
Main - Loin of Venison, wrapped in parma ham with black pudding, served with celeriac and parsnip puree and root vegetables
Sweet - or Pud - Chocolate Fondant with pears poached in ginger beer.
