Walkies !

Today I walked to the garage and back. It's not far but it's the first time I've felt well enough to do it. Carol came with me just in case. Just need to do it more regularly. My legs were still wobbly but better than they have been for a while.

Came home and bumped into Dave & Nicky who were just going down the town and back for a walk. It's a long time since I've done that.

Ordered a supermarket shop for Friday then in to sort my tabs and paperwork which is building up again.
