Feeling thankfully -

for many things today.

(In no particular order):

Our first dog walk since before Christmas, over the hills on a clear and dry day, and back to the car just as the sun set.

Having a lovely boss who's given me 3 days compassionate leave, allowing us to have a Sunday on a Tuesday.

Wonderful friends who gave us the use of their flat in Glasgow at the drop of a hat, only a few minutes drive from the hospital.

All the amazing NHS hospital staff and paramedics who knew the right things to do.

Christmas food that's still not past it's sell by date.

Being able to binge watch Luther tonight. (Don't say a word!)

Looking forward to having a very special family Christmas dinner together next month :)

And all the wonderful supportive and caring comments from my lovely blip pals.
