Calmer (Day 1343)

The wind had dropped overnight, and I wasn't at risk of being blown over on the morning woofer wander this morning.
Back at home I got on with preparation for getting the carpets down, ably assisted by my beautiful wife. 
After lunch, whilst HV took the woofers off for a wander, I headed to Stromness to sort out a leaking washing machine. Having fixed the leak, I had a quick trip down to the shore for a shot of Hoy Sound. It is so much calmer today after the gales of yesterday.
At home later, I finished off fixing a few bits of floor and clearing up ready for carpets. We are ready, a day ahead of schedule. Hurrah!
