Preening ...

Meeting in town this morning so walked along the canal and then up to Bruntsfield Links and across the meadows to National Museum where meeting was taking place. I took delight in being "Behind the Scenes at the Museum" (the second time in a week no less). 

I was struck by these swans working hard at looking good (thought do confess to taking picture at a slight distance).

Have spent time this evening and last making short, medium and long-term plans which feels good. 

These dont include preening but do include being more consistent with yoga practice, working on core strength as well as flexibility, to help with preparation for Lairig Ghru and I'm pleased to repoort that I did so tonight.
