Blue Sky Birds
It was a glorious morning. As we returned to the garden from our early walk I could hear goldcrests and a coal tit in the Christmas tree. I took lots of goldcrest shots and hoped that one of the birds would progress to a branch with lots of cones on against the beautiful blue sky. Eventually one of them did but didn't hang about. Even though the bird is out of focus I quite like the image of it flitting away. I've added a sharp goldcrest image to the bottom left of my montage and a coal tit is bottom right.
After lunch Ollie dog and I went for a walk at Fishers Green. She was very interested in the feathers strewn all over the area near the viewing deck. A swan must have come to grief. :(
