Little pond near Dalmain House and Pooley Bridge

Woke with no pain in my feet - Having suffered of late with Plantar Fasciitis, Arthritis and tendinitis in my right Achilles, that was a major bonus. Deb was planning a short run this morning, and I felt well enough to go too. It was wonderful to run again, it's a while since I've run, and my last run was this route from Dacre, by Dalmain, to Pooley Bridge and round - only about 7 miles, but when I did it in November, by the time I finished, I couldn't put any weight on my right heel at all. This time, I felt I could do the run again.
