Vine on Rock

Rain for most of the day, so I went out later around 3pm when it was already quite low light. I was grateful for the mild temperature, however it was very wet underfoot.

I liked this composition with the vine leading into the rock. The colours are very rich in the damp conditions with some highlights reflecting the sky. Also the vine and two sticks are vertical lines, with the other stick in the foreground horizontal, all contrasting with roundness of the rock. The rock itself being framed by the tree on one side and the dead stalks on the other.
