homage to days in december

The last time I was up in Llandegla was with Matt (daysindecember) and he took this photo. It had only recently been carved as there was fresh sawdust all around.
I went there today with Ste and Ian for a 3 hour walk through the forest which was certainly invigorating but I missed Matt being there especially when I came across his owl in the clearing. We'll have to go again soon, eh Matt?
Steve says he has grand hiking plans for me and what with Moel Fammu 2 weeks ago and Llandegla today he reckons we'll be climbing Snowdon in no time.
