A 'half day' of work today as I'd arranged to go t o an early showing of 'The favourite'

It was too long but witty in parts. and with good performances from the main characters, I thought it was OK. Enjoyed the setting and the costumes too.  My friend hated it though and we will see Mary Poppins next week as my 'punishment'.

The aconites and hellebores in my front garden have made an appearance.
