Transition training

At my request last night my tri group did training on how to do a running mount / dismount with a bike. This saves previous time during a duathlon / triathlon.

No one ended up in the lake but there was one close wobble !!

I had to annoyingly sit out the session due to injuring my calf couple days ago but I still learnt the knack of it watching... Meant I could also blip.
