THAMES PATH. WIDE ANGLED.

I had an appointment with a gym instructor today and when I said I had a leaky valve everything stopped. I expect when you tell them something like that it’s like a red flag showing up. So now I’ve been booked into see another instructor that deals with heart problems which is 22nd Jan. I’m a bit disappointed because it seems like they’ve taken my money and then asked questions. But I know it’s all to do with health a safety so I just have to wait. When I came from the gym I walked along the Thames path. It’s beautiful with the sun out and reflections on the water.
