Veggie Cake

One of my mum’s neighbours has an allotment. He often brings her vegetables when he is walking his dog, Toby. Before he retired, he was a baker. Mum got Nic to make a cake for Jim and Toby as a thank you for all the veg. Nic decorated it with cabbages, carrots, marrows and tomatoes. It is a work of art.
