Walking the Dog - 30

Not as cold and frosty as l expected when l drove to the gym.
Did the aerobics and weights then set off for home.
Remembered we needed bananas and did the ‘can we, can’t we manage without them ? scenario.
On the spur of the moment pulled into the supermarket as l passed.
Got the bananas and somehow another £30 worth of groceries, mostly veg but did get two bottles of wine.
Got back to the car and the battery had died.
Phoned for my roadside assistance and waited about an hour and got enough recharge to get going.
Car now booked in with our dealer for first thing in the morning.
Funny this event made me want to cry, how silly when l can’t cry about other things far more important .
