Cold Morning

When I can't see out of the conservatory Windows I know it's a cold icy morning.
Another very frugal eating day the 2nd and last of the week. No problem again mainly because I know I can eat normally tomorrow and will have a treat. Went to Aqua and got there early so swam rather a lot of lengths. Reading this afternoon which was very enjoyable.
