Law breakers ignore the law

Part of The government’s response to the recent events at Gatwick (the details of which seem very hazy when you read about them), is to increase the no-fly zone around airports from 1 to 5km radius.
I’m sure that will send the miscreants scuttling away because whilst they don’t care about breaking the law by a measly kilometre they will obviously think twice about breaking the law by five. I mean, that’s got to be five times as bad isn’t it? Or maybe even twenty five times as bad if you’re talking in square kilometres!
