DIAGNOSE TOMMY!

The diagnose throughout the biopsy which was done Friday Januari 4th is a lymphoplasmacellular gastritis or an infection of the stomach, because of lymphocytes and plasma cells under the mucus, different from PDD at which the infection is around the nerves.

The cause of a stomach infection is not always clear, but food (intolerance) or stress because of environment-related causes (than mostly in the context of IBD – irritable bowel syndrome ore inflammatory bowel disease)are very possible. If you look this up in human medicine gluten allergy is mostly the case, so it is possible that Tommy cannot handle f.e. grains. I think that is also available in the Harissons pellets. Dr. Yvonne thinks that we can test this, by choosing another pellet.. we will talk about that for sure. The medication Tommy now has, will be continued. But this can take a few months to heal. Otherwise a treatment with corticosteroïd will be considered (only this has bad influence on the immunesystem, we don’t want that).
So the medication will be what he now gets .
Sucralan (stomach protector),
again Flagyl (anti biotics),
metocloral (against nauseousness)
Ranitidine (antacid)
Tramadol (painkiller)
