reindeer

spent the morning in town with beth, firstly for a two minute orthodontist appointment, then to get a few things from the shops. town was hoaching ~ it's going to be like that from now until christmas, we might as well accept it now.

then all allardyce's assembled to go and get the christmas tree from hoodles to avoid the crowds at the weekend. we saw 'barra' and 'benny' (which my predictive text keeps trying the change to 'barbra' and 'bent') the reindeer. they were lovely, very quiet but interested in the kids...I think they'll be reporting back to santa about how well the kids were behaving.
