The Frenchies' Personal Trainer Squirrel

Our favorite squirrel, whom we laughingly call the "Personal Trainer" for our Frenchies, has picked up quite a bit of weight.
I suspect it is natural for his winter comfort, but could be trouble for him if it slows him down over much.
