Bike Tour - Day One

A couple of years ago I spent a few days riding with a mate, between Christmas and NY. He was working this year and daughter O asked if she could tag along (insisted, more like). We decided to start by going over the old Remutaka Incline, final destination Lake Ferry. This part, up to the summit, was really easy - fun going through the tunnels. Total distance approx 70km which was a huge effort for O who had done no training at all!!
