WHY?!?

Some passing rectal sphincter apparently decided to use the car as a Lectern.
Fortunately MOST of it lifted off before I started to defrost, I'm just a bit curious as to their motive(s). :¬O
Had they covered it ALL equally it'd have been a LOT easier to de-ice.
