Bird Island

Today was spent with my dad. I did his food shopping first thing, and then went to meet him for a quick blood test at the Haywood hospital where he has treatment for his rheumatoid arthritis.

Then we had time for a drive out into the countryside and lunch. This is a view of Tittesworth Reservoir where we had a short walk after lunch.
