Locked up

I went to see my friseur at lunchtime. Regular readers might remember that Ali Barbers are on Cripple Street and opposite used to be a car park attached to a branch of Lloyds bank. The bank is now closed and the building has been taken by a funeral director. They've cut the car park in half, they use half for customers and funeral cars while the lower half is locked up and becoming overgrown. It's a pain that it's sitting there unused while on-street parking is difficult and it can't be doing anyone any good.
