Another outlook

Tremendously bad news today, as the sister of one of my team has died. I can't begin to imagine how she must feel. How on earth are you supposed to cope with something like that? My heart really does go out to her. 

I have been over at the other site almost all day, talking to people about a particular issue, which has been quite fruitful. I think we have some good solutions. This is the view from the window - looking out over Elland.
