Focus

Being present, in the moment and asking yourself  to Focus at one task a time. I made a commitment today, with myself, nothing to do with horses, but everything to do with Focus. This horse I met today, his name is Focus and they told me he is a challenging boy. He is this kind of soul which challenge you, life challenge tooo, the art is to embrace the challenge rather run away from it.
