Lovely Cal

My pal Cal, who some of you know, invited me to her place for lunch. I enjoy sitting on the top deck of the bus whizzing along to Aylsham, where Cal picked me up.

Thank You kind folk who offered advise yesterday for Depression management. I work at doing all the things suggested. The Community Psych team have been very generous and supportive. I certainly feel I lead what happens and they use a Humanistic rather than disease model. So if any of you are struggling I'd encourage you to go talk to someone. GP, nurse, whatever suites you.
