On test

There were only 10 people at the cafe this morning so I was back home a bit earlier than usual. I did some more work on the old long case movement and set it up on my new stand. It is now ticking away happily so I can put the dial back on.
My usual walk was hurried as it has been a dull day and there was a chill wind.
