Not A Good Start.

I got up and looked out the window to check on the weather and saw PD's transport leaving (about 20 minutes earlier than usual).
As I went downstairs I saw SWMBO's in the front door.
That meant that PD's chauffeurs would be unable to drop him off.
Yep ……… no PD.
A quick call to the driver confirmed that PD had been dropped off at a relative nearby.
Fed the cat, kicked him out and went and collected PD before taking him for his walk.
Got back and the cat fought us to get in first ……… before taking up residence in his favourite seat.

Squirrel was at a playdate this afternoon so we were at The Larder a bit earlier (the curried carrot and lentil soup was wonderful) and I took quite a few pictures of the 'knife craft' being taught to the new intake of students ……….. and some of the staff (that always raises a laugh).
