Weather front

Full sun this morning. I played at Little Miss Sensible and stayed home.
After lunch I took to the local slopes, did three runs, tested the recent adjustment to my left ski boot, avoided the black runs, but realised my knee was happier when skiing faster, not slower.
I tried 10 mins of cross-country skiing, which my knee did not like. Then I met back up with the boys and went for a swim, of which my knee approved, followed by half an hour in the thermal baths. A hearty Chicken Cobbler for dinner, cooked by my brother, and I think I'll be sleeping well tonight.
