Escape to the Sea

This is Albir’s “dry river valley”.... Bulevar de Los Músicos....
created to prevent the village from flooding....
It is a green pathway from the sea to the main approach road,
and is planted with palm trees, shrubs and many exotic looking plants......
It looks pretty, but its value is far more than its looks.....it can literally save lives and properties in times of flash flooding.
