Glad of a drying room

Day 4 of 6 on the water this week. An upstream mission up the classic Grantully section on the Tay. Someone mentioned it as a passing joke. Why not we thought. 
So we poled and tracked our way up. Lots of 2 step forwards 1 step back moments, a few swears, 1.5 tantrums, 0 falling ins (!) mostly brains but occasionally just brawn, 2 and a bit hours.
Absolutely hanging but absolutely delighted to get all the way, we floated home in 15 minutes.
 A good reminder for me that the stubbornness I'm so often told off for can be deployed in a useful way.
