Have you noticed more and more silly folk here are using baby strollers for their dogs?

Looking dull, damp, drizzly. But up to 12C. Had a longish walk via the cliff-top to Westbourne. Then back to the Triangle to Ponti. Happy to see it was quite busy today. Had the now routine Lemon Tea. Then back home.

Diet going well. Day 12. Not feeling hungry. Tried my first purchase of Non Sweetened Almond Milk with Muesli, after adding it to Red Bush Tea last night. A great success.
