What to Cook

So, hmmmmm....
I'm cooking for my very lovely friend Vivien and her husband tomorrow, and I don't know what to cook....
Parmesiano mellanzano, or vegetable briq, or lentil and cheese loaf with tomato sauce....hmmmm
I'm in a quandary.......
Was thing of the briq with mellanzano ....served with rocket salad....who knows.....
The jury is still out.....hmmmm
