100th Parkrun

Milestone day at Parkrun for my sister and I. She was doing her 50th and I was doing my 100th this morning.

Very proud of my sister as she got back into running after a long period of running after everyone else. Now good she had some ‘me’ time. MrsT was also running and is getting closer to her 50th....

Afterwards I went to the gym before picking L & A up from their French class.

MrsT and L went to a roller skate disco in the afternoon whilst I put up a new piece of stripwood and curtain pole in L’s room.

L off to another friend As birthday party in the evening whilst I am going ten pin bowling with the FiL.
