Stroud Wassail

Set off late (near noon) but caught some of this yearly celebration/ well-wishing tradition. A very colourful thing to see on the high street in the winter months. Managed a slow wander around the shops and I could still hear the noises of bells and drums trickling down from all corners of town

Treated myself to some sushi which was very much enjoyed and appreciated:-)

The day went rather quickly and it’s been a very dark grey sort of weather all day- very odd- hope it’s brighter tomorrow
