Finding Nature
A much better Big D this morning, no dramas thank goodness.
Not done much the rest of the day, just rested and did a bit of reading.
I've read two books today. One of them was about finding nature and benefiting from it for your health and well being. It's inspired me to write a bucket list of things that I want to experience, like seeing a Kingfisher, going on a bat walk, going on a whale watching trip etc.
As I read and as I think of all the things I want to do again when I'm better, I wonder how I can achieve this? I need to find time, I've experienced how life can be taken away from you, and I need to live now.
