The man in front of me ran for some time next to me, but our schedules differed. I alternated five minutes of running with two minutes of walking. I like the relaxing walking part, but his opinion was that it's a beginner way of running. Macho behaviour!
After my 5-2 Run, I had a quiet day, reading about the Way of Saint James. Days filled with cycling-eating-sleeping (and hope that there is a place to sleep). I recognise that.
