I had a near gallon of spicy soup with a ladle and chopsticks looking out on an increasingly greying Saturday afternoon watching Glasgow City Council’s Cash Cow road traffic system trap at Nelson Mandela Place that lures non locals onto a road you are not legally allowed but the cameras capture it perfectly. Bitter? Not me :).
