Well known group sprung to mind today ... Wet Wet Wet.

Gaffer had an appointment with the hair-wench or we'd probably not have stirred far today.
She's taken a new lease of life, we're blaming the fresh turmeric. Be that as it may, yesterday she "bottomed" the bathroom and today she vented her spleen on the kitchen floor.

It's a delight to see her working and yet I feel as guilty has hell that she's, actually, lifting a finger. Methinks, perhaps, I'm trying to coddle her mollies excessively.

She knocked up the tommy-toe soup and it promises to be "A lock of good tackin'."
Discovered that one of our Coffee holes has changed hands, in August: but we haven't been for some time due mainly to the fact that I no longer need to sit out, under the tent, for a swift puff.

Also, in other news (As they say) I discovered a dedicated Vaping outlet in Angel lane, at the site which was actually a jewellers for about 6 months, if that.

Who, with the brain power of yer actual custard powder, would dream of opening a Jewellers shop, in the midst of a recession, with at least 3 existing private Jewellers in town, in the same lane as Goldsmiths© and virtually just across the lane from the oldest established Jeweller in town?
I don't know if "Grandad" started it, but "Dad" is well into his 80s and still in the shop and "Son" following on.
