Where do these people get their licence

Today was another almost accident day in the parking lot where I was leaving an intersection and out of no where a car went straight and almost hit me. Good thing I stopped as it would of been another head on collision. I was so mad at that person and she just shrugged it off like it wasn't her fault. Oh we'll what can you do?

Got home and saw my Brindle which made my day.
