Taking it in their stride

These kids were having a look around the Temuka Cemetery this afternoon, much the same as I did with my friends when I was their age. The same old comment come up I don't think it would very good at night in here, this is the Children's section and these kids were talking about the age of some of the Children who had died some were 6 or younger some still born. I suggested they have a look at the really old head stones, telling them some had a bit of a story on them where the person had gone out on his horse and drowned in the flood, so off they went like robbers dogs. They wanted to to pick some wild flowers and put them on the graves that did not have any flowers, I said to them I thought was a fantastic idea
