Glass Polygon
So many faces, I cannot count them,
but see through them
to a world beyond the window behind.
Indoors, inside the polygon,
three lights burn.
Outdoors, a pigeon can't decide
where to turn or whether to land.
High wires wait within in a pane:
the structure frames
the unplanned.
