Glowing

Both us grown-ups in the house had heard Mark Kermode's glowing review of Colette on the wireless yesterday so, when we got back from more looking-at-furniture-on-the-outskirts of town type activities just in time for the 15.30 screening at the local multiplex, it seemed like the thing to do. And...it was alright, solid without being remarkable, decent without being particularly involving or exciting. One of them that if I was reviewing it and giving it a rating would have 'three stars' all over it.

First thing I did when leaving the cinema was to check the football results - six wins in a row for Hull City, hurrah! Hear those Tigers roar.
