Mindblowing Maths

Worked alongside one of the pupils this morning as his usual support person wasn’t in. We decided to try introducing the 5x table....I wasn’t sure!

I need to have more faith! I had to keep scooping my jaw off the floor for the whole morning!

He picked up the pattern of 5,10,15 etc straight away and could link this to cubes and ‘groups of’.....amazing. Fantastic day!

Last night I got home to a family phone call which was not very dinky. As a result I went straight from work to see my Mum, to work out a plan of action to sort my pain in the backside Dad out. That will be something fun to look forward to.
