Chicken Salad

Today operation trim up for summer started, and Doug’s even joining in. Finally managed to get him to join me on a short walk around the estate too- both yesterday and today.
I’m seeing this as a need for a Fitbit- I’m the sort who is motivated by numbers. I could get one with our credit card reward points too, so not even real money. Tempted...
