Recycled

Since I had a couple of broken umbrellas I thought I could make something out of the sections of the canopy - maybe bags or even waterproof bunting. I have collected four other umbrellas and spent the afternoon detaching the fabric from the frame, ready for washing. 

For a long time I have liked the idea of recycling into a totally different article: years ago I made a few cushions as gifts, using old ties.
