Fort George

We had talked about going hillwalking, but it was decidedly dull, so in the end went to Fort George to look at a Lego exhibition on great moments in history. We have life membership of what I still think of as Historic Scotland, so we were able to get B & M in for free. Fort George was quiet as its normal ‘inmates’ were still away on holiday so it was a good time to look around. The main blip is the view towards Chanonry Point and the Kessock Bridge from the outer defences. The extra is Mozart composing.
