Squared Chicken Tonight

It's not often we cook two chickens, maybe we've never done it, but tonight was the night - I think our first guests of 2019? It was also Ms H's last evening/meal with us as she's now already headed back (tonight) to the big smoke to get stuck into her studies again. I say stuck in... her first week she has a workshop on Tuesday and another on Thursday and she is expecting to be watching films! Her English and Film course is now moving onto film topics.

After about 4 weeks of having her here, we got used it her being back and have forgotten what it's like for her not to be here... what are we going to do with ourselves... who said attic... take that back! Remember.... sorting out my photos is first, until it warms up a bit.
