Mt. Shasta

We stayed overnight in Redding California and then started our lest leg of our trip home.  We passed Mount Shasta around 8 am and boy did she look Glorious!   The air was crystal clear and we enjoyed her splendor from many vantage points along the road.  
    Our son and granddaughter came over just as we had finished unloading the car.  We were excited to see them and little Miss was very excited to see her Mema and Pepa!   Lots of hugs and kisses going on!!
    Thanks for all the hearts and stars for yesterday's blip ahead of time since i haven't checked any of them yet.  Will try and get to journals tomorrow as I think we will be having an early night tonight!    

     The extra is of one of the mountains we passed that had burnt from the fires this summer.
