Day 6 of anuk's Advent Calendar - Independence

This topic was a little puzzling for an Advent Calendar at first, but when you know that the challenge is set by a group of Finnish people and that today is their National/Independence day all becomes clear.

Unfortunately, not too much in the way of Finnish things around me so it was down to other ways of looking at independence. Some aids to give people their independence was one thought, but was also elusive, so it came down to bad joke time.

When you get your independence you are said to cut your ties, so here I am cutting ties. Sorry.
